Great songs, great band, great performance!!! When are playing in the Netherlands?

I must say that this is absolutely the coolest that I have seen Dagny and her music online. I adore ELLE and know that it is a creatively different direction than the previous album, but this live performance video of Bye Bye Baby is just so, so cool. The set and dressing with the checkerboard outfits; monochrome green checkerboard and striped strobe lights; the sometimes fluid, sometimes marching choreography; the breakdown before the last verse with the arpeggiated synth with alternate chord progressions (gosh, I wish that longer variant we had with the record version). Every element works together without anything feeling forced or dissonant, visually or musically. Like, every person involved with this performance brought their absolute best to make this so cohesive. Great work to Dagny and every musician, artist, director, and engineer involved. EDIT: I did not mention this because it is so self-evident, but I still should add: the entire set is tied together by Dagny's angelic and pitch-perfect vocals. Seriously, she is a better live performer than many other vocalists that make it big in the USA, and I hope that she becomes as recognized and successful as she deserves here and across the world.

I’m obsessed with this performance. What a tour de force! What is in the air or water in tromso??? I’m a big royksopp fan as well. I’ve been sharing this video with colleagues and everyone is blown away. Also sharing Heartbreak in the making (which is another absolutely perfect pop song), the lyrics are so relatable and clever! You are incredibly talented. Can’t wait to see you when you inevitably come to Toronto!

a talented, and highly professional singer and musician who is captivating with her incredible natural presence and pure, fresh attitude. have been knowing her for many years since she co-laborated with here colleague, norwegian DJ and producer Seeb. I wish I had seen her on stage this year in Malmoe, after it already did not succeed last year in Lidköping 2023. but as usual, life came in-between and I couldnt make it on time. this is the true summer anthem 2024 after all those years we had no real ones. beautifully composed, sang in a longing and senseful way with a spirit of energetic electropop. could not imagine any better. she is definitely among the most impressive and talentful artists in the whole of Europe. all the best for the future but I doubt there will be another chance for me to finally see her, and feel her spirit live. so she is together with Molly Sanden and Veronica Maggio among my most favorites. all those Perrys, Madonnas and Gagas can be found in the trashcan. work from young creatives from Scandinavia is the real stuff. success!!
